We can typically have you airborne in as little as 2 to 4 hours. However, providing 24 to 48 hours of notice ensures the widest selection of aircraft and allows us to accommodate highly specific catering or logistical requests.
No long lines or security checkpoints here. We recommend arriving just 15 to 30 minutes prior to your scheduled departure. You will pull right up to the private terminal (FBO), where your pilot will greet you and escort you directly to the aircraft.
Absolutely. Many of our operators are pet-friendly. Please inform your flight advisor in advance so we can ensure the selected aircraft accommodates your furry companions and that all necessary customs paperwork (if flying internationally) is handled.
Luggage capacity depends heavily on the aircraft category. Light jets accommodate 4-5 standard soft-sided bags, while Heavy jets can hold 15 or more. Your flight advisor will always verify your luggage requirements prior to finalizing an aircraft.
Your safety is our absolute priority. We strictly utilize aircraft and crews that meet or exceed FAA Part 135 regulations, prioritizing operators with elite third-party safety ratings such as Argus Platinum and Wyvern Wingman.
Standard VIP snacks, premium beverages, and a fully stocked bar are standard on most flights. For Midsize, Super Midsize, and Heavy jets, VIP catering (including custom hot meals from your favorite restaurants) can be arranged upon request.
Cancellation terms vary based on the specific operator, aircraft type, and how close the cancellation is to the departure date. Typically, domestic flights can be canceled without penalty up to 48-72 hours in advance. You will be provided with the exact cancellation terms before signing your charter agreement.
We accept major credit cards and wire transfers. For last-minute flights, a credit card hold may be required. Full cleared funds are required prior to wheels up.
